I offer affirming, client-centered therapy for neurodivergent individuals, including those with:
- ADHD
- Autism
- OCD
- Tourette’s
- Giftedness
- Dyslexia
- Sensory Processing Disorder
- Acquired neurodivergence (e.g., Complex PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury)
As someone who discovered I’m AuDHD (autistic + ADHD) later in life, I understand how powerful it can be to finally have language for your experience. Many people—especially those raised as or identifying as women—go undiagnosed for years. Embracing my neurodivergence changed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
My Approach
I value lived experience and self-diagnosis. I work from the social model of disability, which sees disability not as a flaw in the individual, but as a mismatch between a person’s needs and their environment.
My work draws from Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—approaches that support nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. These tools are especially helpful in managing burnout, shutdowns, and overwhelm.
What We Can Work On Together
Common themes I support in therapy include:
- Feeling misunderstood or unsupported growing up
- The emotional impact of masking and learning to be authentic
- Coping with burnout, shutdowns, and sensory overload
- Processing grief around late diagnosis
- Identifying sensory needs and boundaries
- Building self-advocacy and confidence
- Exploring identity, strengths, and self-love
- Navigating mixed-neurotype relationships, communication, and intimacy
I welcome all parts of you. Therapy might include movement, fidgets, stimming—whatever helps you feel comfortable and safe. This is a space where your neurodivergence is honored, not pathologized.
