About Me

I was drawn to study psychotherapy to better understand myself and others. As a neurodivergent person who wasn’t diagnosed until adulthood, much of my early life was spent feeling misunderstood.Receiving my correct diagnosis of AuDHD (Autism and ADHD) as an adult — and after becoming a parent myself — was a turning point. Suddenly, everything made sense. I began to understand my sensitive nervous system and developed tools to work with it rather than against it. I also started to grieve what I had lost by not knowing sooner, and started to discover and embrace the unmasked me.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been a significant part of my healing journey. It has helped me process pain around growing up misdiagnosed, and it’s now the lens through which I understand the world. I love sharing this compassionate, self-reflective, mindfulness-based approach with others.

My own journey has taught me how powerful the role of the therapist truly is. Change happens when a therapist acknowledges the power differential and brings authenticity, presence, and genuine positive regard into the room. I believe people are intrinsically good, whole, and capable of growth. When given the right environment and support, we thrive. My role isn’t to “fix” you — but to walk beside you, and assist as a guide, as you uncover the you who was never broken in the first place.

I became a sex therapist because I wanted to provide an affirming, sex-positive space for LGBTQIA+ folks, kinksters, non-monogamous individuals, and sex workers.  I understand how traditional therapy can sometimes fall short for people in these communities. Sexuality is a core part of being human, and I believe deeply in creating spaces where clients can explore their identities without shame or judgment.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, somatic, and grounded in the mind-body connection. Movement has been a vital part of my own healing, and I’m currently training to be a yoga teacher — yoga is an integral part of my self-care and I am hoping to bring it into my therapeutic approach. I help clients reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies through mindfulness, breath awareness, and somatic tracking.

I hope this gives you a glimpse into who I am. I look forward to getting to know you — and walking with you on your journey.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

― Carl Jung

My aim is to be inclusive of all people regardless of sexuality, gender, race, or ability.
