MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST, LMFT

I believe that developing mindfulness and connecting with the emotions and signals our body sends us, leads to wholeness, a felt sense of safety, connection and joy.

Let me be KIND to myself in this moment.
Let me give myself the COMPASSION I need.

We all have the human need for connection and intimacy. When we find ourselves out of connection with others, it can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression or anxiety.  Often as the result of past trauma or painful experiences, we put up walls that can keep others at a distance. Whether you are looking to decrease loneliness and depression, or want to improve your relationship/s or your sex life– I am here to help!

Therapy is not an easy step. It may feel like a big risk; it is both a financial and emotional investment.  You are probably here because you are in a lot of pain. Experience has taught me that change IS POSSIBLE. You don’t have to keep living this way. You are more resilient than you may think. Therapy is a very valuable gift of self-care.
