We all have the need for connection and intimacy. When you find ourselves out of connection with others, it can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression or anxiety. Past trauma and painful experiences can result in hiding your authentic self; creating walls that keep others at distance.
Therapy can help you tackle these walls and provide the opportunity to connect back to your true Self. Through this process you will find greater joy and connection with others.
Experience has taught me that change is possible. You don’t have to keep living this way. You are more resilient than you may think. Therapy is a very valuable gift of self-care.
My practice is Sex-Positive and centers around helping those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community and those who may identify as kinky or consensually non-monogamous. I strongly value creating a space that is sex-worker affirming and embracing of neurodiversity.
My commitment to you, is that I will not view your sexuality or identity as a part of the problem.
